A couple years ago I was drowning in overwhelm, exhaustion and burnout and I was taking on more than I could handle. Learning to set boundaries in my personal life and in business helped me navigate the many hats I wear it in a healthier way for me and for those around me.
I took this photo standing in place where the sun, the mountains and the trees collide. I'd just been smashed by a lightening bolt of creative thought (which explains the weirdly blissed out look on my face).
I've always said the difference between a good dog and a bad dog is about 5 km a day. In Hank's case it's absolutely true. But here's the thing, it's also true for me.
